When staying in San Jose, This is the place to stay! Staff is fantastic. Rooms are VERY nice and clean. You can feel very safe at this hotel.

We stayed during Thanksgiving week 2007, and enjoyed our stay in the Presidente very much. It is indeed very central since it is in downtown San Jose, staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help!!! Veronica the tour consultant is excellent and was very helpful in our choice of tours. See her before booking anything, she will explain in detail the lenght and mostly the toll,the tour will take on you! Clean and the food is DELICIOUS!! :) Will defenetely recommend!

I have stayed at this hotel two times, both super enjoyable. The staff is excellant.
